Who We Are
Our family-run business has grown in the Recruitment industry. It was founded in 2007 by Sean Studd. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service to guarantee that all of our clients are 100% satisfied.
After over 20 years of working in Recruitment, Sean Studd decided to start his own Recruitment business, Black And White 9.
Sean has worked for large national agencies as well as small local independents during his time in the industry, picking up skills and a wealth of knowledge along the way. Starting at Consultant level and working up to Branch Manager roles, Sean developed a natural flair for Recruitment which runs throughout Black And White 9.
"I've worked for some terrific people, and some that were not so terrific ! I decided in March 2007 to start my own agency, specialising in four sectors, all of which I have experience in...Retail, Hotel & Catering,Rec 2 Rec & Football Clubs."
Since 2007, Black And White 9 have secured numerous clients and have successfully placed staff into companies nationwide, at various levels.
"We currently have requirements for a wide range of companies, including multi national agencies, to your one man band set ups. We are supplying Hotels nationwide and have developed a superb relationship with our clients and candidates."
Black And White 9 are expecting to increase their client base by the end of the year, which will in turn require expansion within Black And White 9.
"I seriously expect to have my own Recruitment drive towards the end of 2020. We will be looking for Consultants and Admin staff to help drive the business forward. We are succeeding in difficult times, which speaks volumes for our ethos and company image."
Black And White 9 was born out of determination, drive, enthusiasm and a will to succeed.
